Rebuild your website process with a blueprint!
Better websites, happier customers
Tired of your website projects stretching the initially agreed upon timelines? Clients wanting to add additional features that are out of scope? Constantly going back and forth trying to collect all the necessary information to build out the website? Spending money out of your own pocket to deliver what the client expects? We’ve been there. But, there’s a better way.
In this presentation, Kathryn will talk about the ways that her team has transformed their website projects by breaking it down into 2 phases: (1) website plan and (2) website build.
In the website plan phase, we consult the client and they receive a website strategy plan with all the necessary details of their website – a competitor analysis, technical integrations and SEO goals, a site map with defined page counts, and content-planning wireframest . At the end of this phase, the client receives a custom quote to move onto the website build plan, and Crème starts the building process, bringing in developers and the rest of the team to create strategic layouts, custom designs, eye-catching details, and engaging experiences that position their brand as an industry authority.
By breaking it down into these two concrete phases, client expectations are managed, accurate pricing is quoted, and timelines are kept to elevate our clients’ online presence with a custom website and best possible experience!
Tried and true process
