Admin & Marketing Assistant

About the role

You will be in charge of coordinating, optimizing, scheduling, and managing the marketing content on everything from the blog to the newsletter to social media. While some content creation may be included, this is primarily an administrative role. This is a part-time, 1099 contract position.


Coordinate beautiful, impactful content for a generous and kind community of passionate small business owners and creatives. You’ll have flexible hours and you can work from anywhere! You’ll have the option of working in-person or remotely. You’ll receive paid training on the procedures and systems.


Coordinating, executing, optimizing, scheduling, and tracking all content marketing across all platforms.

I will consider applicants with and without professional marketing and administrative experience.

  • Tech savvy, past experience mastering software

  • Able to schedule and self-manage deadlines

  • Able to follow detailed checklists and carry-out systems on an ongoing basis

  • Task-focused and efficient

  • Must be super organized

  • Love structure

  • Have a can-figure-it-out attitude

  • Prompt and clear communicator

  • Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new systems in the past

  • Friendly, kind, and respectful

  • Familiarity with creative industry and / or wedding industry business operations

  • Relevant administrative experience in professional, personal, or volunteer capacity
