We are in awe of how well you learned us and put words to thoughts we didn’t quite know how to articulate. Communication was amazing and we always knew where were at with you.

How did you feel
before your
Creme Branding
Experience?

As our love and passion for storytelling through excellent imagery became clearer, we knew our business identity was falling behind and not communicating what we wanted. It was stale, dull, and impersonal – so we didn't feel like it represented us! We felt that everything about our business identity and language needed a stronger foundation to go where we wanted to go. We knew going forward we needed someone with proven creative skills that believed in businesses. We knew we were better than our brand and we didn't want out service to be wrongly judged because of it.

How do you feel now?

It's hard to articulate how the new brand is what we’ve always wanted but never had. We are so confident that our website, logo, font, branding language, collateral, etc. is communicating exactly what we want it to. It feels like our business has an online home that we feel great about welcoming people into. We now have a strong foundation for our business to excel beyond our dreams. The rebranding process was a gigantic undertaking but incredibly worth it. It has made literally everything better- our business and us as individuals.

What did you walk away with after working with Kathryn?

Besides a beautifully professional heartfelt brand, we walked away with confidence, bigger dreams, and a deeper identity of who we are. Those three things are the biggest game changers and are invaluable to us.

Did you have any
"Aha!" moments
along the way?

Yes! Literally all the time. One of the most unique, unforeseen parts was the branding questions that formed our branding language. It was the fuel to the fire, forcing us to articulate every detail of our business produced the polished brand we know have today. It was like polishing a rough diamond – grueling at times – but the finished product was completely worth it. As well, it helped us find and articulate what our individual strengths and passions are and how they can work well together in our marriage and business.

Is there anything you are excited about for your business now?

EVERYTHING. But seriously. We're excited to grow and excel like we’ve never have before. This major boost has given us a greater platform to take what we love doing and our client experience to the next level.

What was it like
working with Kathryn?

We firmly believe that you deserve the biggest award that exists. Working with you was intentional, easy, and an absolute joy. We knew exactly what we were getting and what was extra was an amazing surprise. We are in awe of how well you learned us and put words to thoughts we didn't quite know how to articulate. Communication was amazing and we always knew where were at with you. We can't imagine our experience being better and hope you know that we're the biggest fans of Kathryn from Crème.

Do you have any advice
on branding for others?

When people are intensely focused on one thing over a period of time, the results can still be seen decades later. Kathryn Duckett works with businesses on an intense level over three months to produce a brand that will last decades. It gives a business the unprecedented momentum to excel at what they do and grow into the business they dream to become. Branding, especially in a creative business, is basically an extension of yourself. Because of this, it is SO important to find someone that you feel like you can connect with whose work you also admire. Lastly, we all know there are places in your business where you can cut corners to save money, your branding and online presence should never ever be one of them.
